01What the aggregator actually costs

Right now, you are renting your own customers.

An order you earned in your kitchen arrives with a bill attached, and the person who placed it stays a stranger to you.

  1. 01

A cut is taken from an order you already earned.

The customer chose your food, your flowers, your product. The percentage leaves anyway, on every single order, forever.

  2. 02

The customer belongs to the app, not to you.

Name, number, address and order history sit in someone else's database. You cannot see who reordered, who stopped or who was unhappy, and you cannot reach any of them.

  3. 03

Hiring a fleet replaces one bill with a heavier one.

Visas, motorcycles, fuel, insurance, shift cover and salaries arrive every month, whether or not the orders do.

There is a third option. Own the ordering channel. Let an independent provider carry the bag.

02How it runs

One order, end to end.

Four screens your customer sees, one screen your team works, and a driver nobody on your payroll has to be.

  1. 01Your brand

    They order on your channel

A mobile-first branded catalogue with product detail, options and add-ons. Your name at the top, not a marketplace listing.

Product page in a florist's branded ordering app, showing a bouquet, size options, delivery date and an add-to-bag bar
  2. 02Your data

    They set the drop point

Map-pin address capture built for UAE delivery, with building, villa and gate detail collected before the order is accepted.

Map address picker centred on Jumeirah 1 in Dubai, with a dropped pin and the confirmed street address in a bottom sheet
  3. 03Your account

    They pay into your account

Card and wallet checkout through your own payment provider, with cash on delivery when you want it. The money does not route through an aggregator.

Checkout screen listing three dishes in dirhams, wallet and cash payment options, and an AED 88 order total
  4. 04Your customer

    They come back to you

Accounts, saved addresses, reorder and points live inside your channel. The second order costs you nothing to win, and the record it writes is yours.

Customer profile in a matcha bar's app, showing order count, points balance, a rewards tier and saved reorder items

Four different merchant brands, one system underneath.

Your team works one screen.

Accept, prepare, hand to the provider, done. Every order sits in one queue with its state, its value and who is holding it.

Independent providerThe dispatch itself is the one move you do not staff. Your dashboard passes the order to one compatible third-party provider, and order status flows back to the customer where that provider supports it.

Lark Projects does not own or operate a delivery fleet. Your orders are dispatched to one compatible independent provider, on an account held in your name. Setting that account up and connecting it is part of the package, but approval, coverage, fees and service levels are decided by the provider.

03Already built

The same flow, already shipped.

Each project is labelled as a live platform or an independent concept. No client engagement, partnership or delivery-provider relationship is implied beyond what is stated.

04The asset you keep

Every order writes a row you own.

The software is delivered once. The customer database it starts writing on day one keeps growing, and it is the part no aggregator will ever hand over.

  • Bring back the ones who stopped

You can see who ordered twice and disappeared. Winning them back is a message, not a new advertising budget.

  • Segment instead of shouting

Filter by area, basket size, frequency, last order date or favourite item, then send one offer that actually fits.

  • Advertise to your own list

A consented customer list can be used to build matched and similar audiences, so your budget chases people who already like you.

  • Reward the regulars, not everyone

Points, member pricing and birthday offers run inside your channel, so discounts go to the people worth keeping.

  • Operate on real numbers

Peak hours, dead hours, which items travel badly and which area deserves the next branch. It is your data, so you can read it.

Consent, storage and marketing permissions are governed by UAE law and by the rules of each messaging and advertising platform. The checkout collects consent, the privacy notice is written before launch, and the customer records stay in systems you control.

05Scope

What AED 50,000 buys.

  • Product, menu or service catalogue and product-detail flows

  • Customer accounts, saved addresses, reorder and a points-based loyalty programme
  • Operations dashboard for receiving and managing orders
  • Integration with one compatible third-party dispatch or fleet provider

  • Additional integrations, advanced routing, ERP or POS work and material post-approval changes, which require a change request

06Price

Two ways to pay for the same build.

The fee buys two things. A working ordering, payment and dispatch system, and the first-party customer database that system starts writing on day one. The software is delivered once. The customer list keeps growing after launch.

Project planBest total price

AED 50,000fixed project fee

AED 50,000 total

  • AED 25,000 at kickoff
  • AED 25,000 at final acceptance

Two payments. Nothing after acceptance.

Flexible planLower monthly commitment

AED 5,000per month for 12 months

AED 60,000 total

  • AED 5,000 per month
  • Fixed 12-month commitment from kickoff

Smaller monthly outlay, higher total price.

The 12-month plan costs AED 60,000 in total, which is AED 10,000 more than the project plan. Same build, different payment schedule. The commitment runs for the full 12 months and the agreement covers billing, late payment, suspension, early termination, final ownership and source-code transfer.

07Schedule

Three weeks, when the project is ready.

  1. Week 1

    Discovery and access

    • Scope confirmed and signed
    • Catalogue, pricing and photography collected
    • Payment-provider account access
    • Delivery-provider application submitted for you
  2. Week 2

    Design and build

    • Branded ordering interface
    • Catalogue, product detail and checkout
    • Address capture and payment flow
    • Operations dashboard
  3. Week 3

    Integration, QA and launch

    • Dispatch integration and order-status updates
    • End-to-end testing on real devices
    • Deployment and analytics
    • Team training and launch support

The three-week schedule begins once scope is approved, the initial payment is made, content is ready, payment-provider access is in place and the delivery provider has granted API access. That application is submitted for you, but the provider's approval, availability, fees and service levels remain outside Lark Projects' control.

08Fit

Built for businesses that already have demand.

  • RestaurantsMulti-branch or single kitchen, already taking delivery orders
  • Bakeries and cafésDaily production with a repeat customer base
  • FloristsTimed same-day delivery with gifting and message flows
  • Grocery and minimarketsLarge catalogues, substitutions, basket-driven orders
  • Specialty retailConsidered products where the brand carries the sale
  • Service operatorsScheduled dispatch, collection and drop-off routes

It is not a fit if there is no delivery demand yet, no approved budget, or nobody who will run the channel after launch. That is what the qualification form is for.

09Questions

The questions that decide it.

Do you provide the drivers?

No. Lark Projects builds the ordering channel and connects it to one compatible independent dispatch or fleet provider, on an account held in your name. No riders sit on your payroll and none sit on ours.

Do I have to arrange the delivery provider myself?

No. Running that setup is part of the package: the application, the paperwork, the technical configuration and the live API connection are handled for you. What cannot be included is the provider's decision. Approval, coverage areas, fees and service levels are theirs to set, so nobody can promise them in advance.

Is the three-week schedule guaranteed?

No. Three weeks applies to eligible, implementation-ready projects and the clock starts after scope approval, initial payment, content readiness, payment-provider access and delivery-provider API access. Anything waiting on a third party is outside our control.

What is the real difference between AED 50,000 and AED 5,000 per month?

The project plan is AED 50,000 in total, paid as AED 25,000 at kickoff and AED 25,000 at final acceptance. The flexible plan is AED 5,000 per month for 12 months, which is AED 60,000 in total. The build is identical. The flexible plan costs AED 10,000 more and carries a fixed 12-month commitment.

Do I get a native iOS and Android app?

The package delivers a mobile-first branded ordering web application or PWA, which customers can install to the home screen. Native store applications are excluded unless separately quoted.

Are delivery charges and payment fees included in the price?

No. Third-party delivery charges, transaction charges, payment-processing fees, subscriptions and hardware are excluded and are billed to you by those providers directly.

What happens if no provider covers my delivery area?

Coverage, approval and pricing are decided by the provider. Compatibility is checked during qualification, before any agreement is signed, so this is settled before you commit.

What do you need from me before week one starts?

Approved scope, the initial payment, your catalogue content and photography, access to your payment provider, and your trade licence and signature for the delivery-provider application. The application itself is submitted for you. Missing content is the most common reason a project slips.

Who owns the system at the end?

Final ownership and source-code transfer are defined in the signed agreement before work begins, along with billing, suspension and early-termination terms. The agreement is reviewed by UAE counsel before sale.

Can the system run in Arabic?

The launch package is delivered in English. Arabic content and right-to-left layout can be added as a separately quoted change request.

Privacy notice

The qualification form collects your business details, contact name and WhatsApp number so Lark Projects can assess the enquiry and reply to it. Google click identifiers and campaign parameters are stored with the enquiry so advertising performance can be measured.

This page loads a Google tag, which sets cookies and reports to Google Ads that an enquiry was submitted, together with the click identifier that brought you here, so advertising cost can be matched to results. What it reports is that a submission happened and which click it came from. The details you type into the form are sent to Lark Projects, not published to advertising platforms.

Details are used for this enquiry and the resulting proposal, are not sold, and are not passed to third parties except the tools used to run the enquiry. Ask for a copy or deletion at any time on the WhatsApp number above.
